LAB RESULTS
All sales are final & non-refundable
Should your product(s) arrive defective or unusable you must contact customer service at info@d8-hi.com within 48 hours of delivery. In order to be considered for a refund you must provide the following:
- Contact information
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photograph of defective product and/or packaging
You will receive a response from our customer service department within 5 days of your submission regarding your claim. Return shipping will be determined on a per order basis, carrier and responsibility. DO NOT ship any items back to our facility without clear instructions from our customer service department.
A restocking fee may be incurred depending on the nature of the claim.
We retain the right to deny any refund, service or sales to any person, business or entity for any reason.
